RewardPro - the future of reward communications

Why RewardPro?

We’ve worked in financial services content for almost our entire careers. We’ve helped explain pensions, ISAs and the stock market to a broad audience, from first-time investors right through to professionals. We bring marketing best practice and financial expertise into the reward communications space. And we work holistically, setting share plans and pensions into a wider financial context. If there’s anything you want to communicate in a way people can engage with, we can help. We’re adept at working with tight timescales and tight budgets too.

Written by financial experts

We talk to your employees in plain English, turning the fine print and nitty gritty into powerful, yet compliant, creative communications.

Industry-leading digital solutions

Everything's built to the highest standards of security, accessibility and user experience, using cutting-edge technology.

Inclusivity first

We’ll make sure each and every employee feels included, with easy-to-understand communications delivered through a range of accessible channels.

If you want your benefits to be truly inclusive, you need to make sure every employee can access and understand your communications. That way they can make informed decisions which improve their financial wellbeing.

Meet our founders

RewardPro was founded by Ben Brettell and Tom Gwinnell – two people who believe reward and benefits should make sense to everyone, not just the experts.

Between them, they’ve helped companies of all shapes and sizes turn complex topics like pay, pensions and share plans into something people actually understand and value.

Working with RewardPro gives you access to a team of specialists – experts in UX, motion graphics, design, compliance and beyond – ensuring every project benefits from the right mix of skills.

Client relationships, spaniels, pubs

I've worked in financial services for my entire career, including the last ten years creating share plan campaigns for FTSE-listed and global clients. I'm now focused on levelling up the world of reward communications, helping our clients engage their employees with share plans and other benefits. Outside work I love walking the local footpaths with my family and our two spaniels – and visiting a pub or two along the way.

I'm a passionate believer that investing should be for everyone, not just a select few. But the investment world can seem impenetrable for many people. So for most of my career I've been trying to break down these barriers, and make investing in the stock market as simple as possible, so everyone can get involved. When I’m not writing content about our clients’ share plans, pensions and the like, you’ll usually find me watching or playing cricket, cooking for friends and family, or on horseback.
